A Decade of Proficient Skills & Prestige
Living with chronic pelvic pain can feel like a never-ending puzzle. You may have seen multiple providers, tried countless treatments, and still feel stuck. At Hidden Strength Physical Therapy, I offer a different approach—one built on listening first, moving slowly, and partnering with you to uncover the root cause of your pain in a safe, respectful space.
Having amassed more than 10 years of practice in the pelvic health and wellness industry, I tailor every treatment to your unique needs.
What Is Chronic Pelvic Pain?
Chronic pelvic pain is any pain in the pelvic region that lasts longer than 3–6 months. But for many, it extends far beyond the pelvis. It may be intertwined with low back pain, abdominal tension, hip tightness, inner thigh discomfort, or even symptoms that mimic bladder, bowel, or sexual dysfunction.
It’s not just “in your head.” It’s in your nervous system, your muscles, your body’s attempts to protect you—and we can work with that, not against it.
My Approach to Healing Chronic Pelvic Pain
- Gentle, Trauma-Informed Care: We go at your pace. I use light manual therapy techniques and nervous system-calming strategies to minimize flare-ups and help your body feel safe again.
- Listening Deeply: You are the expert on your own experience. I make space for your story—your symptoms, your emotions, your history—so we can start with understanding, not assumptions.
- Education & Empowerment: You’ll learn about your anatomy, your symptoms, and how your body communicates. We’ll talk about pain science, nervous system regulation, and tools you can take home to feel more in control.
- Root Cause Investigation: We’ll explore how posture, breathing, movement patterns, past injuries, and even emotional stress may be contributing to your pain—without rushing to fix before we truly understand.
