Pelvic Health Physical Therapist
Becky Evans, PT, DPT
Inspiration for Becoming a Pelvic PT
Dr. Becky Evans is a Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health. She has a BS in General Health Sciences with a minor in Spanish from Purdue University. Her interest in physical therapy came after her grandfather passed who had suffered previously from a stroke and received extensive PT. She would have never guessed that she would end up in pelvic health, but instantly felt connected to the speciality when introduced to it in her first semester at the University of Indianapolis Krannert School of Physical Therapy. From there, she made sure to include pelvic health into all areas of her degree, including her clinical rotations, capstone project, and even taking continuing education outside of her rigorous curriculum.
Growing as a Pelvic PT
After graduating in 2017, she moved to Denver where she has since worked in orthopedic and pelvic health settings, coming to realize how the human body is all connected. With extensive coursework in the field through industry leaders such as Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute and Professional Pelvic Health Consultants, she has extensive knowledge and skills ready to help the most simple to most complex cases for those with bladder, bowel, and sexual dysfunction, as well as those with abdominal pain, back pain, hip/knee pain, and beyond.
Clinical Passion
She is extremely passionate about helping individuals feel like they are seen and heard, knowing these impairments are not only physically limiting, but often mentally frustrating and even debilitating.
Educating her patients is also of upmost importance. She firmly believes that if you understand your body, how it works for you and how you can work for it, that you will get better so much faster. The pelvis and pelvic health are so “taboo” in our culture, and she strive stop make it accessible and important to you to know and love your pelvis and its functions.

Lifestyle and Interests
Aside from this particular passion, Becky also pursues a myriad of other interests. She is a mother to two incredible tiny humans and her fur baby. With them and her husband, they frequently venture to the mountains to hike and ski. She also loves reading non-fiction and is always open to a good book recommendation.
Functional physical fitness is important to her, so you can find her out in her garden or rucking around West Highlands with the kiddos on neighborhood adventures. To balance out the movement, she also spends a lot of time cooking and baking.
Community is essential to her and her family, so feel free to always say hi!
A safe place to share
I understand these problems can be embarrassing and hard to talk about. My priority is to get you to feel comfortable, learn you’re not alone, and with my help, get better.
The power of knowledge
I firmly believe that if you’re more aware of how your body works, these issues instantly feel less scary. You should expect to leave each appointment empowered with knowledge that will last you a lifetime.
Return on investment
A little goes a long way in my opinion. With less time and energy than you could ever expect, you will see how improving your pelvic health will improve all areas of your life.
Mind-body connection
So much of pelvic health rehabilitation is connecting the mind and body. You will be amazed that by learning to slow down and listen, your body will tell you how to heal itself.
